Je prépare la visite de l'Infirmier:

  • Je vérifie que ACS Infirmier intervient sur ma commune ICI

  • J'appelle le cabinet ACS Infirmier pour convenir d'un créneau de passage et je donne toute les indications nécessaires pour que l'Infirmier arrive à bon port,

  • Je choisis un endroit calme et propre pour la réalisation des soins (si j'ai des animaux, je les met en sécurité),

  • Je prépare le matériel nécessaire au soin (exemple: le matériel de pansement),

  • Je prépare mon ordonnance, carte vitale et carte mutuelle à jour (ou un moyen de paiement: chèque ou espèces).

Nous pratiquons tous les actes infirmiers, médicalement prescrits, comme par exemple :

  • Les soins infirmiers généraux : perfusions, injections, prises de sang, pansements simples et complexes, etc.

  • Le suivi des patients diabétiques

  • Les soins de chimiothérapie ambulatoire

  • Les soins à domicile après une intervention chirurgicale ou après hospitalisation.

  • Les soins liés à la dépendance (soins d'hygiène, surveillance thérapeutique...)
